Cosmology, the study of the origin, evolution, and large-scale structure of the universe, has seen significant advancements in recent years, particularly in our understanding of dark matter and dark energy. This paper explores the cosmological implications of dark matter and dark energy, focusing on recent observational constraints derived from a variety of astronomical observations and experiments. Beginning with an overview of the evidence for the existence of dark matter and dark energy, we delve into the theoretical frameworks used to model their effects on the universe's dynamics. We then discuss recent observational constraints on the properties of dark matter and dark energy, including measurements of the cosmic microwave background radiation, galaxy clustering, and the accelerated expansion of the universe. Through a comprehensive analysis of these observational constraints, we aim to shed light on the nature of dark matter and dark energy and their role in shaping the cosmos on the largest scales.
