Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. Scope and Focus: Modern Dynamics: Journal of Physics welcomes original research articles, review articles, and short communications in all areas of physics. We aim to publish high-quality papers that advance the understanding of physical phenomena and contribute to the field of physics.

2. Manuscript Preparation:
• Language: All manuscripts must be written in English.
• Formatting: Manuscripts should be formatted in Times New Roman, 12 sized font and double spacing on A4 sized papers.
• Structure: Manuscripts should include the following sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References.
• References: References should be formatted according to the journal’s referencing style, which follows the APA format.

3. Submission Process:
• Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Authors need to create an account or log in to submit their manuscript.
• Cover Letter: A cover letter should accompany the manuscript, briefly explaining the significance of the research and stating that the manuscript is original, not published elsewhere, and not under consideration by any other journal.
• Declarations: Authors must include declarations regarding conflicts of interest, funding sources, and ethical approval (if applicable).

4. Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the research. The review process typically takes 4-8 weeks. Authors will be notified of the decision via email.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC): Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication. The details regarding APC & Waivers and discounts are available on the APC Page.

6. Copyright and Licensing: Journal retain copyright of the published work and grant the journal a royalty free license to Journal under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial License (CC BY NC 4.0). This allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, provided the original authors and source are credited, only for non-commercial purposes.

7. Ethical Considerations: Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. This includes obtaining necessary ethical approvals, avoiding plagiarism, and ensuring proper authorship. Any ethical concerns should be addressed to the editorial office.

8. Data Availability: Authors are encouraged to make their research data available by depositing it in suitable data repositories. Data availability statements should be included in the manuscript, indicating where the data can be accessed.

9. Post-Acceptance: Upon acceptance, manuscripts will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and proofing. Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication. The article will be published online and accessible immediately.
